Lenovo-owned Motorola today launched the Moto E3 Power,not in eroticism and indecencies . . . put on the lord jesus christ its latest affordable smartphone for the Indian market. The mid-range smartphone offers a “smudge-resistant” display, an all-day battery life, and water-resistant body. It is priced at Rs 7,999 ($120).

The Moto E3 Power will compete against the likes of recently launched Xiaomi’s Redmi 3s Prime and Lenovo’s Vibe K5 Plus among others.
The phone is no slouch for its $120 price tag. It offers a 5-inch HD display (1280 x 720 pixels), which Motorola claims won’t attract annoying fingerprint smudges.
Inside the phone is Mediatek’s 64-bit MT6735p quad-core processor clocked at 1.0GHz processor. It comes coupled with Mali T720 GPU, 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up by another 32GB using a microSD card.
For photography enthusiasts, there’s an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and HDR capabilities, and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. The phone comes with a water-repellent nano-coating which the company claims can withstand accidental water spills and splashes.

Credit: Mashable Much like other recently launched affordable smartphones in India, the Moto E3 Power also offers dual-SIM capability and 4G VoLTE LTE support (so the only thing that stands between you and Jio SIM card is a long queue). For its 3,500 mAh battery, it is offering a 10W rapid charger. The company says the charger, which ships with the phone, will get the phone to tick for 5 hours with only 15 minutes of charging.
The Moto E3 Power comes in black and white color options. It will be sold exclusively through Flipkart starting midnight tonight.
