He doesn't always change career paths,Arnold Reyes Archives but when he does, he prefers to join a tech startup.
After Dos Equis blasted him to Mars last spring to make room for a younger pitch man, former "most interesting man in the world" Jonathan Goldsmith has made his grand return to advertising with a new gig selling wi-fi routers.

"Yeah, it's me. The guy from those ads you liked a lot," he says to the camera. "Turns out I'm a real person."
In a Medium post announcing the hire, the startup said that, true to his old character, the logistics of Goldsmith's improbable return trip from the Red Planet remain a mystery. Yet he seems to have spent much of his subsequent time back on Earth researching quality wireless devices.
"After weeks of research on Amazon, Google and visits to stores like Best Buy, he discovered Luma," a spokesperson said.
The company says Goldsmith has also signed on as an investor.
Goldsmith has continued doing other interesting things in the wake of his Dos Equis retirement. In September, he signed on as an editor emeritus at online magazine True.Ink.
