This price only applies to the digital Nintendo Switch version. The physical version is still $53.99, which is $6 off, so you're still saving a bit but it isn't nearly as good of a deal as buying digital.

Just be aware that you might come out a different person when you go in expecting casual races with friends...don't say we didn't warn you.
