You just need to head on over to Amazon and snag one while it's still in stock.
As of Oct. 18, you can get the Apple Watch Series 10 (42mm, GPS) for just $376 at Amazon. That's $23 off its normal price and a discount of 6%, marking the lowest price we've seen on this watch yet. Currently, you can only get the Jet Black Aluminum Case with Black Sport Band colorway in this model, but that's easily customized by purchasing a different watch band.
