It's still kinda weird imagining Han Solo without Harrison Ford at the helm.
Yet that's what's happening in the forthcoming Solo: A Star Wars Story,Watch The Temptation of Kimono (2009) with Alden Ehrenreich stepping into big shoes as the iconic rogue smuggler.

"Tell them I told you everything you needed to know, and that you can’t tell anyone," Fold reportedly said.
While Ford kept his distance, he met Ehrenreich over lunch during production of the film, giving a few insights into playing Solo. Oh, if we could only know what these tips were.
"What [Ford] did so beautifully for Alden was he talked a lot about what he remembered when he first read Star Wars, and what George had done with Han. Who the character was and the conversations he had for so many years with George about how that character developed," Lucasfilm president and the film's producer Kathleen Kennedy told EW.
"He gave Alden that kind of insight which was invaluable. There were several times in the course of making the movie where Alden would actually recount some of the things that Harrison had pointed out. I think that was really, really helpful to him."
For a guy who's somewhat coy about the importance of his role in Star Wars, and once told actors looking to play a younger version of Solo to "don't do it," it seems like Ford cares a whole lot more than he gives off.
