You're not the only one who noticed Donald Trump's sniffle attack during the first presidential debate.
Forrmer presidential candidate and Maninilip (2025)governor of Vermont, Howard Dean, has an interesting theory about why Trump seemed to have an unusual case of the sniffles on Monday night.
