Back when I was on IrelandOkCupid, I live by a single rule: anyone who mentioned 'Ayn Rand' in their profile would be immediately removed from consideration.
If only more people were like me. Like the Los Angeles Clippers for example, who, for International Women's Day, decided to nominate three of their favorite feminists: Maya Angelou, Anne Frank and everyone's favorite objectivist rationalist individualist, Ayn Rand.

The @LAClippers deleted the tweet, but this deserves to be remembered.

They (and @bumble, their new uniform sponsor) celebrated #InternationalWomensDay-- a day started by socialists and communists -- by quoting Ayn Rand.

That one time an NBA team used Anne Frank, and a dating app, to promote #InternationalWomensDay.....@LAClippers? pic.twitter.com/n78SLXvf00

It should be noted that the Clippers promoted all of these women, including Anne Frank, a holocaust victim, as part of their corporate partnership with dating app Bumble. Hmm.
Thankfully, it didn't take long before Twitter branded the Clippers with a few third-degree burns, and they finally deleted the tweet.
Isn't capitalism grand?
