The Star Wars universe is filled with legendary friendships, bonds that overcome adversity and the Dark Side. And with the upcoming release of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, can Poe (Oscar Isaac) and Finn (John Boyega) officially join the elite ranks of Star Wars BFFs?
Boyega would like that, but he'd also just really appreciate if Isaac could respond to his text messages.
In an effort to rekindle their connection (and to publicly shame Isaac for his Resistanceto their friendship), Boyega penned a letter to Isaac and shared it on Twitter.

"Dearest Oscar,
It's been a fortnight since we last spoke and I must admit that I've missed you so. As I sit and reflect upon the adventures of Finn and Poe, I'm struck with anguish that John and Oscar have not been afforded the same caliber of companionship.
During the last press tour, I put my hand on your shoulder, waiting for a connection. It never came. I long to be reunited with you on our final press tour and show the world a bond greater than the Force... The Force from the movie we're in... forget it.
Speaking of which, it would be fantastic if you would accompany me to the premiere of Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker, if I can get a plus one.
Fare thee well, Oscar.
PS - Bro, I think, low key sometimes BB-8 is straight-up jealous of our 'shipping."
Oscar, just text John back. Maybe hug on the red carpet.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalkerhits theaters on Dec. 20 (but if you're reading this story, you probably already knew that).
