This is Double Cross (1996)a perfect example of always applying sunscreen at ALL times.

Cade Huckabay gave us all that reminder in a very special tweet Monday. He shared pictures with got a serious sunburn and discovered his head was so swollen he can make a dent in his head.

No big deal or anything.

The 21-year-old Cade posted the four stages of his head getting completely red and swollen before poking a hole like he was made of Jello.

"I personally thought the sunburn was hilarious," he told Mashable. "I mean it isn’t often you can put a dent in your head like that."

He mentioned on Twitter that he couldn't touch his scalp for a whole day and it took about three to four days for the swelling to go down. Despite the pain, people couldn't resist poking fun (sorry).

The tweet has gained about 100,000 retweets and over 300,000 likes all for the pure enjoyment of someone's pain.

"I’m glad we can all laugh at my pain together haha," he said. "Some people are making me laugh harder than ever before with the comparisons and jokes they’re making. You gotta be able to laugh at yourself, ya know?"At the end of the day it goes to show the sun isn't your friend and you're better just staying inside... forever.
